I LOVE yogurt dressing, and having to avoid dairy, wasn’t going to keep me away from enjoying this delicious and fresh sauce!

How to make this coconut yogurt dressing
This dressing couldn’t be easier to make!! All it takes is combining well all the ingredients in a small bowl.
Hint: you can play around with the amount of lemon juice and EVOO until you reach the desired taste. It might need slightly larger amounts depending on the sweetness of the coconut yogurt you use.
Substitutions
I use coconut yogurt for this recipe, but you could use soy or almond yogurt instead.
