1/2 cup coconut yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp EVOO
Pinch of salt
1/8 tsp grated garlic
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a medium bowl and stir well to combine.
Notes
- Play around with the amount of lemon juice and EVOO until you reach the desired taste. It might need slightly larger amounts depending on the sweetness of the coconut yogurt you buy. Start with the quantities on this recipe and adjust to suit.
- Store in a glass jar or airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
