Description

These 4-ingredients air fryer boneless pork ribs are going to become your new favorite! With a delicious miso-tamari sauce, they are super juicy & easy to make, plus less than 30 minutes total cook time. Gluten-free.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 boneless pork ribs, skin removed, cut each rib into 3 pieces.
  • 2.5 tbsp of tamari or soy sauce (if you can tolerate gluten)
  • 1 tsp of miso paste (optional, but it adds a delicious touch and packs a punch of umami taste)
  • 1.5 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tbsp of water

Instructions

  1. Preparing the miso-tamari sauce: combine the tamari, miso paste, honey, and water in a small pot on medium-low heat. Stir well to combine, and let it cook for a few minutes. Let it cool down before adding to the ribs.

  2. Combine the ribs with the sauce: add all the rib pieces to a bowl, pour the miso-tamari sauce over, and combine well using a spoon/fork. Make sure all the sides of the ribs are covered in the sauce. If you have time, let them marinate for a few hours, if you don't, that's completely fine too! Go to the next step.

  3. Cook the ribs: place ribs in the bottom of the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving enough space in between. Cook at 180 C / 360 degrees F for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through. The cooking time will depend on the thickness of the ribs.

  4. Enjoy with some chopped parsley on top and your favorite sides!

Notes

If you have a smaller air fryer you might need to cook these ribs in batches.

My favorite side dishes to serve with these juicy ribs are a bit of sushi rice or steamed rice, and some green veggies, like steamed green beansCauliflower mash is also a great option.

Store the leftover ribs in an airtight container or bowl covered with compostable plastic wrap in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or air fryer.

You can also store the ribs marinated but uncooked, they will last 2 days in the fridge stored in an airtight container.
