This delicious & super easy vegan date caramel sauce only requires two ingredients and a blender. You can prepare it in 2 minutes and it is... absolutely delicious! Dip, spread, drizzle, enjoy.

1 cup pitted dates
1 cup coconut cream (thick layer)
Instructions

Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender, and blend until you have a smooth caramel consistency. Scrap the sides of the blender if necessary and mix again.
Notes
You can store it in the fridge up to 5 days
Coconut cream can be substituted for dairy-free milk, like almond milk or soy milk.
