Notes

  • Peanut butter can be substituted for nut butter of choice
  • Boil the eggs for 5-6 minutes only to get a runny yolk and make the most out of the egg nutrients!
  • For the mashed avocado: mash the avocado in a bowl, and add a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt. You can also add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice if you have it at home.
