Ingredients

- 1 cup of frozen mango chunks
- 1 medium lebanese cucumber
- 1 handful of mint or basil
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Zest of 1/2 lime
- 1 cup of coconut water (see notes)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender, and blend very well.
- Enjoy very cold in a a glass jar!
Notes
- Adjust the amount of coconut water, depending on how liquid or thick you want the smoothie.
- Use water or milk of choice instead of coconut water
- Add ice cubes to make it extra cold!
